About Our Practice
We are dedicated to providing accessible and high-quality care to all our patients. Port City Family Medicine is a multispecialty primary care group, with physicians who hold board certifications in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and/or Internal Medicine. Our team is equipped to provide continuous care for patients ranging from newborns through the elderly.
We firmly believe in caring for our patients whether they are well or sick, and we see all newborns in the office shortly after their discharge from the hospital. Our patient-first philosophy ensures that someone is always on call 24/7 by phone and available for hospital consultation if needed.

New Patients
To ensure we maintain optimal appointment availability and personalized care for our established patient base, we are currently accepting only newborn babies as new patients.
We anticipate re-evaluating our patient capacity to welcome older children and adults in 2026. Thank you for your understanding as we prioritize the continuity of care for our current patient community.
Vaccinations
We are pleased to offer the seasonal Flu Shot and the updated COVID-19 vaccine.
Please call our office to schedule your vaccination appointment. Due to fluctuating daily inventory, calling ahead ensures we can confirm current supply and reserve your dose.
We Support Medical Education
We are proud to partner with future healthcare providers by hosting students from local institutions, including medical and physician assistant students from Upstate and LeMoyne.
